Dave is the consummate professional, and we were lucky to have him represent us in a rather complicated situation-being from out of state, and with somewhat difficult financing needs. He went above and beyond to help us every step of the way-from video previewing properties for us before we came to look, to making multiple extra trips to the property, checking on numerous details for us, recommendations for contractors and inspectors and meeting them at the property since we were unable to be there, working with our lender, and keeping everyone informed and on track. He truly represented OUR needs, as opposed to only being interested in making a sale.
