Dave is the epitome of integrity, professionalism, friendliness, and expertise when it comes to Real Estate. I needed to sell my mother’s home which needed a lot of repairs, and yard work before we could sell. The problem was I live six hours away and have a demanding job. Not only did he coordinate all the work to get done in an excellent fashion, he also recommended some improvements that paid off big! All communication was done over the phone or electronically, including the closing!! During the whole process I never had to visit the house – just view pictures along the way as needed.
