I highly recommend Dave Smeak. He helped me find the perfect home, and was very patient and didn’t try to sell me something that wasn’t the right fit. There was no pressure to hurry up and find something, or to look at houses that didn’t fit my parameters. He’s extremely knowledgeable and pointed out both the pros and cons of each of the houses we looked at. Dave also provided a market analysis for my previous home, even though my ex-husband and I weren’t sure if one of us was going to keep it, or we were going to sell. My ex decided to keep the house, but we definitely would have picked Dave as our selling agent.
