We hired Dave based on references from friends and family who had used him and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! He was always available, even on short notice and at weird hours based on when we had time. If a house came on the market, he would get us into it that day or the next day which was great because houses were selling fast! The best part about Dave is that we never felt pushed into buying something. We were first time home buyers and what we wanted vs. what we wanted to pay didn’t always line up, but Dave was patient with us and never pushed us to make any decision. We totally trusted Dave and he even talked us out of buying a house once or twice and looking back now we are so glad because he just had an eye for things we didn’t see at the time never having owned a house before.
