We were very impressed with how quickly David had lined up not only potential renters, but potential buyers for our property. The online/text scheduling system he uses to set and approve showings was very easy to use and created transparency as to when people would be viewing our property. Further, he provided the feedback he received from potential customers so we knew how to adjust our property to show better. Overall, I was very pleased with David, including his consulting months before putting the property on the market on how to make sure we were able to get the price we wanted.
