“Previous to Dave putting our house on the market it had 3 separate brokers and maybe if we were lucky 5 people viewing it in a 3 year span. Since putting our house on short sale with Dave we have had well over 20 viewings. Our house has not yet sold but we are praying that with Dave’s continued vigilance it will sell for us soon.”
