Mr Smeak was highly recommended by neighbors of our sister, who passed away January 2015. He was very helpful. In addition to selling the Condo, he offered to make arrangements for the cleaning, shampooing the rugs, and needed repairs so that we could return to California earlier than planned. He declined our offer of an “exclusive” rather than multiple listing to increase our chances of an earlier sale, even though it meant splitting the commission. Our need for a quick sale was given a higher priority than his commission. He was truly an “honest broker”….one we could TRUST (2000 miles away in California) one we could depend and rely upon to give it 110% on our behalf.
